This may be a bad move

but I'm letting Greyson sleep. He finally fell asleep at 5:00pm and I was just going to let him sleep until 6:00 then wake him back up. Instead I have decided to just let him sleep. He usually sleeps for about 10-12 hours so this will have him waking up crazy early - which will suck, but it's doable. Currently he goes to bed at about 9:30pm which I think is a little late. Maybe we can start shifting to a 7:30-8:00 bedtime tomorrow.

I'll let you know how this experiment ends - my money is on "in disaster".

UPDATE: Much to my shock and delight last night did not end in disaster. Greyson slept until 6:30am. Only waking up for a bottle at 9:00pm, 12:30am and 4:30am and immediately falling back to sleep after each one. Clearly my little man was tired.

followed your link from the babycenter preemie board. I'm so envious that you have your baby nursing. I tried until my baby was 12 weeks adjusted and gave up (a week ago) but may start trying again, I sure hate pumping. If you are looking for schedule/nap help you may want to read "the baby whisperer." It helped me get a nap routine that works and get that 8pm bedtime going. I know it isn't for everyone, but it might give you some ideas.
