- On Christmas Day Greyson began nursing! So far we have only done it once a day and he is still getting full feeds via his ng tube, but he is "laching on" beautifully. Greyson really "gets" how to nurse - I just hope he makes a smooth transition to bottles so he can get off the ng tube soon. The sooner he starts eating on his own, the sooner he can go home!
- Over the past 48 hours he has only had 1 major destat where his O2 level dropped below 40. That is a major improvement so they are SLOWLY decreasing the amount of flow in his cannula. He is down to .3 liters. I'm so glad they are doing it slowly - last time they decreased him too quickly and he had problems.
- He is actually growing! Greyson is up to 4 lbs and 9 oz. Actually he is only 2 grams away from being 4 lbs 10 oz. I'm expecting him to be 5 pounds really soon. Plus, he is getting chubby cheeks! I mean, look at them!
- And then there is this! Michael got our little man giggling with a little tickle. We are falling deeper and deeper in love with Greyson everyday!

OMG Morgan! He's looking sooo great! That's great news about nursing. That was the key to getting Ella home, I bet it's no time until your little bird is on his way home!
And those new chubby cheeks are killing me they're so cute!
He really looks like a totally different baby, even in comparison to pictures from two days ago!
