TWO BATTLE AXES!!!!

We had a wonderful times at the Renaissance Festival this year.  Greyson had a blast.  Everything is more fun when seen through the eyes of a delighted child!  He loved just walking around and looking at all the interesting people and things.  He loves clapping and applauded all the shows we watched.  We even had to restrain him from hopping on stage with the fire juggler!

He rode a llama!  This was the first "ride" and after this Greyson realized that he loves rides!


Next he rode the spinning swings.  He was all smiles until the ride starting going really fast - then he started to FREAK OUT!  The "slaves" that were spinning the ride slowed it down and one of them started making funny faces at Greyson, he totally saved the day and Greyson was all smiles again.


Next up was the Dragon Swing.  Greyson and I rode it together.  I loved having a fun moment with him.


Greyson has recently discovered tree climbing and this tree was too good to pass up.

You may be wondering where are all the Amelia photos?  Well, she slept through the whole thing, comfortably riding on mommy's chest in the Pikkolo carrier.  But even though she slept, she certainly made an impression.  Almost every wandering character and shop owner "ooh-ed and aah-ed" over her.

I can't wait until next year, I think our family will have even more fun!
