Trying Everything
I'm trying everything to get MayBaby here before our induction on Friday. Here's the run-down so far.

Okay, my friend swears by taking a LONG walk, fast, and curb walking. When you get home, "use" your husband and take a tylonel PM... wake up in labor.

make friends with the breast pump ;) (stim there can help increase uterine contractions.)
if you wake up in labor again or have contractions, encourage them. You may want to stay OUT of the shower or tub but walk- walking stairs is supposed to help. I did that in labor with C. Ask if you can have acupressure in labor or ask Dr. A what points your DH can press or rub to encourage uterine contractions. If you have any fears, vocalize then with a trusting source. I swear that encouraged labor with C. (You know my number if you need it...) Squat down during a contraction to encourage her head to press against your cervix and open your pelvis. When you rub your belly, gently stroke down.
When you have a contraction, picture your cervix pulling UP and OPEN. Picture MayBaby's head pressing against your cervix, passing peacefully through the birth canal and into your arms. Birth is like an atheltic event and postive visualization can help.
I think that's all the random hippie info I have... Good luck. Come OUT MayBaby!
Oh and I think you can increase your dose of EPO but double check with Drs A and J with that.
Mexican food worked for me. ALEX WAS HERE LESS THAN 12 HOURZ LATER? Oh and induction doesn't always happen in one day. I was induced on Wed night and Ella came zt 3 a.m. SATURDAY morning. Babies can still pick their own timing with medical intervention. Hang in there!
