I'm not very good at working out. In the few months before I got pregnant with LB2 I was doing the wii almost everyday and it felt good. Then I got pregnant and I stopped. Basically the 1st trimester was so full of fear for me that I didn't want to do anything that could jeopardize this baby. I may have gone overboard. But I kept telling myself that keeping Greyson from harm was a workout enough!
But now things have got to change. I'm planning a VBAC so I need to be in good shape to push out what will be my 8lbs 40weeker come May. So starting now I'm getting back into shape. I'm going to do at least 20 min of exercise everyday. YES, everyday. I'm essentially training for a marathon here. I can't let May arrive and not be ready for it.

Working out whole pregnant is always great but you really should get your doctor's permission and also it's not good to work out everyday while pregnant but working out 3-4 times a week is better. Excessive exercise can cause problems too. Congrats on the new little bun in the oven and I can't wait until May to him/her.
Way to go! Its hard period as a mom to work out. Even harder when you are pregnant and have a toddler. Then you add on 'high-risk' (what-ever that means), or pregnancy after preemie and you have mission impossible. So I am proud of you just for the attempt.
Oh TRUST me, my workouts are NOT hard. It's 20 min on the wii fit. About 6 of those cardio and the rest are really easy yoga and strength training. :)
