We went to the Topeka Zoo on Labor Day. It is such a nice zoo. Clean, small, but still filled with some great attractions. Plus Gage Park, right on the other side of the parking lot is a delight as well.
We stopped at Wendy's for lunch, not fancy or healthy I know, but it was such a fun treat. It was a joy to see our kids so excited about such a simple trip.
These are such special years.
