She's Blessed

On November 5th Amelia was baptized in a lovely ceremony in the back yard of grandma and grandpa Perry. Having family surround us on a sunny, autumn day, was the perfect way to celebrate the blessing of our baby girl.

Amelia was a perfect angel in a skirt that I made and a sweater knit by her great aunt Gail.  She was passed around all afternoon and was full of smiles for everyone.  She really is a delightful baby.

"Father" Tom (former preist) did the blessing while Greyson wandered around...

...he eventually landed under the table.

Amelia had a major case of "baptism hair"!  The Holy water left her locks a mess!

Our crazy family and Tom.

Great Grandpa Norris and Amelia sharing a tete-a-tete.

Grandpa Gene chatting with little miss.  (Note Tom looking for Greyson under the table.)

Grandpa Richard and our smiling sweetie.

(Thanks for the photos Grandpa Richard)
