Apparently I'm Cool!

Or at least my blog is!

The fabulous Jen Ross has awarded with the "Butterfly award for the coolest blog I know." Pretty high praise from someone whose blog always inspires me! Check out Jen's blog, her son is ADORABLE and her music is always amazing!

Name your favorite color - brown
Name your favorite song - at the moment it is Awake My Soul by Mumford and Sons
Name your favorite dessert - Apple Crisp and Vanilla Ice Cream
What wizzes you off - When my son has been replaced by a cranky, whiny jerk.
When you’re upset you - I talk to people about it until I'm not upset anymore
Your favorite pet - Tallulah! or "Tra" as Greyson calls her.
Black or white - White
Your biggest fear - burying my children. Even writing that hurts my heart to the point of tears. I've never known real fear before becoming a parent.

Best feature - At the moment my giant milk-making boobies :)

Everyday attitude - "go with the flow"...some may disagree, but that's what I strive for.

What is perfection - Something unattainable. As my dear friend Stephanie says "Done is better than perfect", I don't even try for perfect.
Guilty pleasure - Horrible TV shows!! I'm currently hooked on Celebrity Rehab!


Now I'm supposed to pick my top 10 blogs. That is just so hard! I follow LOTS of great blogs. Blogs about kids that are just amazing, with wonderfully strong moms. Blogs that inspire me with their creativity and teach me so much. So JUST picking 10, EEK! I'll give it my best.

1. Weird-Bird: I love this post on extended breastfeeding. She is so well spoken.
2. Walden Mommy: I love being friends with people who fight so hard for their kids. This is a beautiful post about doing just that.
3. The Momma Drama: Some kids just touch your heart so deeply. Max has mine, here is a look back at his first year.
4. The Peanut Blog: I'm always inspired by this momma! She's full of fun things, like this!
5. Radar Love: I really think that Greyson and Radar would be friends. Post like this affirm it for me.
6. Kidneys And Eyes: This post about her child's friendship is nothing short of wonderful.
7. The Artful Parent: I love the projects she comes up with. Even ones perfect for a little boy who doesn't really like art.
8. Kingz: A great piece on faith and hope!
9. Signs of Life: Because I'm just so happy that they are going to Denver!
10. Super Morio Brothers: So many great posts on this family I've come to adore, but this post is where I go when I feeling low and need a giggle.
