Once we got to the pediatricians office we had to take off said boots so he could get weighed and measured. This caused all heck to break loose! Greyson was wailing for his boots as I carried him down the hall to the scale. He wailed "boooots" during the entire weighing and measuring process. As soon as we got back to the room I put his boots back on; much to the relief of everyone in the office I'm sure.
I snapped this photo while waiting for pediatrician.

Boots, Green Flip Diaper and Grandpa's Scarf. Perfect outfit for a hip 2-year-old!
The rest of the visit went well. Greyson just got his Flu shot and that was it. He seemed to blame the pain of the shot on the band-aid because he promptly ripped it off and then proceeded to yell at me, the nurse and the band-aid.
He is a happy, healthy 2-year-old! He weighed in at 27lbs 8oz (45%) and 33.75inches (30%) and his head is ONLY in the 85% this time (down from 95% 6 months ago)! Don't worry, his head is still growing, but just not quite as fast - there may be hope he'll be able to wear hats yet!
(Thanks for the boots Steph!! Clearly we love them!)

I love the boots story... it's soooooo toddler! They are so picky. Radar is obsessed with phones and if you try giving him the wrong phone (and it's hard to know which is the right phone), all hell breaks loose! Oh well... part of the joy and surprise of everyday life with a toddler. And I love the yelling at the band-aid image. He's so funny! Go Grey Go!!
Um, obviously I've been so busy this week I didn't have time to read blogs. Guess I've spent too much time on the phone with said friends ;) Glad you could use the boots, you know Z's feet are way to small for them for now. Love that picture of your sweet boy!
