I'm happy to say that I was able to provide Greyson breastmilk for 678 days. For the past 3 days he hasn't nursed at all - after 678 days we are officially weaned.
I have mixed feelings about this. In theory I would have liked to keep going until his second birthday, but we were both done.
678 days, I'm pretty proud of that.

That is so awesome! I only made it 11.5 months and I was so sad when I stopped, but I was working and only expressing and I just wasn't producing anymore. But even now, coming up on a year later, Radar is healthy and reaping the benefits of having been breast fed. Greyson will enjoy the benefits for his whole life. Well done! 678 days is amazing!!!
Yay, you are super Mom. Greyson has to be the most healthiest tot ever! Even though you didn't get to the 2nd year, it is an awesome gift you gave by going beyond his first year. And he is such a happy little guy, he knows he has the best mom ever.
