Then they pause and look up at me, expecting to see more blues...only to find my very brown eyes. Then they look at me a little harder and I can feel them thinking "Did this woman have ANYTHING to do with the creation of this child?"
Yes! I did, I swear! I even carried him around for 6 and a half months!
But it's clear, Greyson looks just like his daddy.
While Michael has amazing light eyes they aren't as blue as Greyson's either!
Grey's eyes come from his grandpas. Yep, both of them! My dad has really blue eyes and so does Michael's dad. He's double-recessive! I need to get a photo of the three blue-eyed guys.

Liam looks just like his daddy too. I am always hearing, "Does your baby look like his dad because he doesn't look anything like you?" and then in the next breath, "He is SOOOOO cute." Ha, ha.
I know! Those comments make me laugh.
