Well, since the 52 days that started things off.
But last night was the first night since he came home that I wasn't 15 steps away from him all night. Greyson stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Perry while Michael and I had a mini-vacation. Everyone did well and frankly the break was nice - except for one thing.
Even at almost 16 months Greyson still nurses so much that the 15 hours we were actually away from him caused some serious engorgement. It really made those final hours fairly miserable. This kid better wean slowly or I am in some serious trouble!
So aside from that issue we all had a great time. Greyson was the life of the party for his grandparents and Michael and I really enjoyed knowing that when we went to bed we'd be able to sleep as long as we wanted. We also learned that cable is lame and even with 60+ channels there is nothing really worth watching.
