Letter to Greyson - 9 months

Greyson-
Today you are 9 months old! You are not quite crawling, but you sure can move! I can hardly turn around without you dashing off. We have had to do some serious baby proofing as you love to get into everything. Just this morning you figured out how to over turn the trashcan in the office. We have had to move Tallulah's toy bin because you'd rather gum her nasty, filthy tennis balls than anything else.

We are still working on getting you to sleep through the night. It's not your fault, its mine. Really I'd rather just bring you into bed with me then stand next to your crib trying to clam you back to sleep at 2am. We'll figure it out though, I'm sure.

You are also HUGE now. I went out this weekend to buy you some fall clothes and had to buy 12-18 month sizes and even they barely snap. I think you will be tall after all! Right now you are sleeping on my lap in your adorable PJ's that are 12 month; your legs hanging off the side of the chair. I just can not believe how much you look like a little boy now. Where did my tiny baby go? We go to the doctor on Friday and I can't wait to see just how much you weigh and how tall you are!

This month has been a busy one. You took your first vacation (to Colorado) and you were baptized. You looked so cute in your white outfit, even if you were sleepy and cranky and overwhelmed by all the people. You also met your Godfather Adam for the first time and met your Great Grandparents on the Gabriel side along with your great uncle Brad! So many people love you Greyson, you are one lucky boy!

You are the holder of my heart.

Momma
