I decided that enough was enough and we went back to the pediatrician's office last week to see if he had any suggestions. After checking Greyson's weight - a whopping 14lbs 4oz - and over-all health he quickly determined that his body is absorbing all the needed nutrients so his intestines are working correctly. Whew.
Then he checked his...uh...poop shoot. I watched his little face go from happy to confused to totally freaked out! The poor little guy screamed and screamed. The doctor tried to be gentle but there really is no good way to do that.
We have a plan to give him a suppository every 5 days for the next 15 days and then give him 7 days to poop on his own. If he still doesn't then we will start him on Miralax. It is unnatural for someone to go this long between poops.
Just poop little man!!!
*Greyson - I'm sorry for sharing this much information about your pooping, or lack of pooping. I'm sure this is going to embarrass you, but this is something that really is a big issue in our lives.

When my little guy was getting constipated a couple of months back, I started drinking phenomenal amounts of apple juice myself (nearly a gallon a day). I don't remember who told me to do that, but it worked. He's been much more regular lately, but when he goes a few days without pooping, I ratchet up the apple juice intake and it seems to work. And the weirdest part is whereas I was never a big apple juice fan before, now I love it! Weird.
Anyway, sorry for butting in... good luck pooping Greyson! We're routing for you from the Bahamas!
Oh my! Poor little guy. :o( I'd ask for a GI referral ASAP for further testing. I agree that's not natural, and I think the supositories are only going to mask the problem.
