Greyson is doing great on the cannula. I think he is very happy not to have a tube down his throat or a giant mask strapped to his face. So the little cannula is a breeze. He had his eyes open and was looking all around. Plus they have him in his "Dork, just like Daddy" onesie that Tricia made him. It's a little huge on him, but so cute! Tonight we are doing some laundry and hopefully some of the littlest clothes we have for him will fit better.
I'm so glad that he is doing so well. In fact, they are weaning the oxygen level down a little every 3 hours. My mind is blown! Once he figures out this breathing thing we will move on to sucking and feeding. Once he can eat well on his own then we can really think about him going home...
