I'm trying to be really good about what I eat and overall I think I am doing okay, but I need to step it up! I am this little guys sole source of nutrition.
So I'm going to make every effort to drink the entire 2 quarts of water a day and not just let one be enough. I'll make a point to eat 2 servings of dark green veggies a day and not every couple of days. I will get up a little earlier and eat a real breakfast and not let a bowl of cereal be enough. I will get 75 to 85 grams of protien in a day and not have wretched, lazy days when I only eat about 40.
Last week I back slid a little bit, but this weeks I'm going at it for all it's worth!
We don't want the little guy going hungry.
