Luckily we've been learning some tips on how to relax and breath through it. Michael is really good at keeping me calm. We will be practicing a lot in the next few months. And I'm starting to put together a playlist of calming music so if you have any ideas send them my way.

The belly hasn't grown much since last week, but I have gained some weight. And the wiggling hasn't stopped so I know we are on the right track.
