I've know that I want to be a baby sling momma for a long time. I hate infant carriers. They are heavy and bulky and I see people swinging them around in unsafe ways. So the sling is for me. I've registered for a grey one and a black one and I just purchased a cream colored one. I'm very excited about it and have been wearing it around trying to get used to it.
I even tossed a 10 pound bag of rice in there to see what it will feel like to carry a baby around and it's not bad. Although I am hoping our baby doesn't start out at 10lbs!
