Acid Reflux

What is with the acid reflux? I was just sitting here and everything was fine then WHAM! Acid reflux extreme edition. Nothing seems to help. Not the many, many Tums I eat, not the glass of milk or the crackers. This is crazy and Jill totally warned me about this so you would think I would be prepared.
