The kind with trips to the bathroom to dry-heave and then take a #2. The gastro-intestinal distress is distressing. I think the greasy Mc Donald's I ate on the way from the airport (for work) and on my way to a work meeting (that lasted until 9:00pm) yesterday has done me in. I also didn't sleep well last night so I seem to be falling asleep after my trips to the bathroom - it is exahsuting after all.
Clearly I called in sick today. I hate to use up my PTO time but I could not go into the office today - no way.
